The Problem

A spiritual education platform had no way to connect members to their own content. Visitors could read about archetypes but had no personalised entry point — the experience was generic for everyone, which meant low engagement, no segmentation, and no data to drive email marketing or product recommendations.

The Build

We built a dual-path archetype calculator on Wix using Velo — a numerological engine that computes three distinct archetypal identities from a user's birthdate: the Persona Archetype, the Core Archetype, and the Year Archetype. For visitors, results are logged to a CMS collection for analytics. For logged-in members, those same results write directly to contact custom fields enabling list segmentation by archetype from day one. A post-signup onboarding gate intercepts new members and redirects to a profile-completion page before they can proceed.

Every member account tagged with 3 archetypal identifiers on signup — zero manual data entry
Visitor calculator usage captured in CMS for analytics even without account creation
Email lists segmentable by archetype from day one enabling personalised campaigns at scale
Dashboard onboarding gate eliminated the gap where members could bypass profile completion
Foundation in place for AI-personalised content delivery based on archetype data
