Every engagement — fix or build — starts here. You book, you pay, we screen-share. You get a written report after.

What you're buying

The Diagnostic is a paid ~60-minute session. We process your booking, then set up a date to screen-share through it together — you walk us through the broken process or the thing you want to build. We send a written report after.

The report is yours to keep regardless of whether you hire us. It tells you what's actually going on, what it takes to fix or build it, and whether it's worth doing. No discovery call. No free intake. The session is the product.

You pay

$500–800, quoted after intake. You submit the form below with enough context to scope the session. We confirm the fee and send a payment link.

You book

Once payment clears, you get access to the booking link. Thursday, Friday, or Saturday afternoon slots only. A handful of slots per week — gone when they're gone. No email negotiation.

We screen-share

You walk us through it live. The broken system, the process, the thing you want to build. We ask questions. We're looking at the real thing, not a description of it.

You get the report

A written Diagnostic — 1–2 pages — delivered after the session. What's actually going on. Root cause. What fixing or building it takes. Whether it's worth doing. The fee credits toward the build if you proceed.

What to tell us

You don't need to document a process to submit. Most people can't — if they could they wouldn't need us. Tell us the most painful part. Name the symptom. We'll take the mess as-is.

This engagement starts with operations automation and systems architecture. We are not taking accounting work right now.
