The Problem

A marketing agency's client deliverable process took one to two weeks per engagement. Research was manual, content was written from scratch each time, and formatting was a separate step someone had to run by hand. The bottleneck capped how many clients they could serve and made timelines unpredictable. When the builder left, the entire workflow lived in their head — no documentation, no handoff, no continuity.

The Build

We designed and built an end-to-end Make.com automation: a form submission triggers the workflow, dynamic prompt construction pulls client context, the OpenAI Assistants API generates a 22-section marketing report as a continuous conversation thread so each section references what came before, and a Google Apps Script formatter automatically applies heading styles, TOC, title page, and pagination to the output document. We then produced a complete handoff documentation package including architecture overview, data flow diagrams, a three-tier enhancement roadmap, and a maintenance guide.
